I orderd a JBLT***BT headphones Through flipkart on **/**/****.i got it dlverd on **/**/****.I found the headphones defective as it used to disconnects and get switches off within a seconds after getting connected to.my phones and pc. After i lodged a complain to jbl customer service on same day but they did not responded and i have to rgstr a complain again on **/**/****. After * days they picked up the product and they told that the replacement will be done in the period of ** days. Its around * months i didnt get any response from them about dispatch. They are looting people in the name of product. While calling on their customer care they are not responding. I talk to them on twitter too. But they are passing time ..they are saying the will contact from from las ** days. I gave up on this company now.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
