Last year September I purchased the byjus offline plan for rupees ***** for three years of service for class ** to **th class ** at an EMI rate of **** rupees per month for an year.
After the total payment was completed there was no contact from their side at all.
At the first few months a monitor from byjus used to call to check upon the progress of the child's studies.
After the completion of payment,
we were unable to contact the mentor.
The present situation actually we need more support from you. Please do the needful urgently.
