Indian Oil Corporation Indane - Consumer name in indane not rectified

I am the holder of consumer number-**********, LPG id-*****************. My name is being reflected means there is a dot placed between the first name and the last name. I provided the photocopy of Aadhaar where my name is clearly mentioned. Upon complaining to the distributor - m/s new Barrackpur Renuka indane, they put the blame on me by saying that I entered the name online, whereas the connection was taken offline. They haven't rectified the name mistake. Matter forwarded to you as I am not getting the subsidy due to name problem.
