I booked indane gas online. After booking they provide us online link to pay the amount against delivery of cylinder. I paid the amount by using link. This incident took place at **th feb **** night at **:** PM. On ** th morning I got a message regarding generation of bill according to the new revised rate though I had paid the amount * days earlier on old rate. On **th feb **** the cylinder came to my doorstep and told us to pay the whole billed amount which I have paid earlier in advance. Then I refused to give the money and decided to compain against indian oil.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
