Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital - Not refunding money paid twice

I paid Rs*** to Narayana Clinc Neeldri road e city Bangalore on November ** **** at *.**pm thru upa transaction. Cash counter staff told me it is not received and asked me to pay by cash also. Now I am calling Narayana health help desk and asking for refund, they are reluctant to listen and refund my money.
