On *.*.** sent *-boxes of shirt piece with the value of Rs. ***** from Navata Cherukupalle (CRKP) branch to Tiruchengodu (TRGC) branch. One box reached to Tiruchengode while the other one missed. I'm following with the Vijayawada Navata customer care through phone and emails. But no proper response from the team, simply telling we are searching. But I'm lost my business as I'm unable to meet the committed delivery time to my buyers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
