I have applied for the removal of my broadband connection in **** via submitting application to bsnl.
Though they sent me a bill in **** saying your connecting was not cut and pay the bill and we will cut your connection.
Again I got a bill in feb **** saying you have outstanding bill of ****.**
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
