We were travelling from Bangalore to Jammu SpiceJet SG-*** on **th Oct ****. Flight got delayed by *hrs and our connecting flight which was scheduled from Delhi to Jammu SG-*** departed at **:** am & didn even wait for passengers who were coming from Bangalore SG-*** as there were * people in total as per one of SpiceJet staff flight mostly wait in such scenarios of there are more than ** persons. Bangalore staff confirmed us that there will be a gap of **-** mins and we all will be able to board the connecting flight on higher priority and just in case if the connecting flight got missed, we will get the full refund. But once we landed in Delhi. flight was already departed & we highlighted the issue at the Delhi airport with the SpiceJet staff & they were very well aware of it & we logged a complaint also but since then we haven't heard back from them, every other day I am dropping mail but other than their automated mails not getting any response & haven't received the refund yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
