Jabong.com - Confirmed order and then cancelled it on the date of delivery

I have ordered adidas cricket spikes shoes on **th of may **** which costed me around Rs**** ( prepaid through net banking ). received a confirmation mail of the order on the same day with delivery scheduled on **th may ****. I never received any kind of email regarding my order delivery and when I raised the issue through customer care on **th of may ****. I get a mail on **th may **** (the day order scheduled to be delivered) that my order has been cancelled due to some technical issue with jabong and my refund will be initiated. I escalated the issue to chiefmanager@jabong.com and no scope of improvement . the manager regrets for the inconvenience caused and does nothing. I have been fooled around for about a week and more my money will take another week to be credited back and my matches are about to start in short period and most important thing my time has been wasted around jabong
