Nurserylive - Completely Damaged plant

My order no. NLV**********, was completely damaged due to worst packing. There was no stabilizer to support the plant and was completely collapsed.Highly disappointed.

I had ordered * plants from nursery live and the shipment has got delayed. No one attends to my query and everytime i ask for a refund I only get an auto reply that my shipment will be delivered on " priority basis"
