Swiggyinstamart - Complaint regarding undelivered order and false delivery status

Dear Swiggy Customer Support,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent delivery service provided by SwiggyInstaMart, Today on *nd July, I placed an order with the order number #***************, expecting a timely and accurate delivery, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
The delivery was supposed to arrive at my address S**/* DLF Phase *, but it never showed up. To my surprise, I received a notification stating that the order had been delivered. I immediately checked my doorstep, but there was no package or delivery person in sight.
I tried to contact the delivery person, but he said his bike got punctured and he had to change the status to delivered otherwise he would end up paying the penalty. He promised to reach within ** minutes but he never showed up. I then attempted to get in touch with customer support through the app, but they were also unable to reach the delivery guy, and I didn't receive any concrete assistance.
This incident has caused me inconvenience and wasted my time, not to mention the disappointment of not receiving the groceries I had been looking forward to enjoying.
I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
Additionally, I urge you to kindly check his location when he changed the order status and do listen to the conversation had with me.
You also need to improve the communication channels between customers and delivery personnel to address issues promptly.
I sincerely hope that Swiggy takes this matter seriously and takes appropriate actions to rectify the situation. I expect to be compensated for this failed delivery, and I would appreciate a prompt response from your team regarding the resolution of this issue.
