Skill Lync - Complaint regarding the money scamming of Skill Lync

My name is Anjali Mohan. I want to register complaint against Skill Lync Educational Institution Chennai. I enrolled for “Post Graduate Program in High-Rise Building Design & Analysis” on **th April **** in Skill Lync.

The course cost was dramatically very huge but I fall into their false statements.
The problems I faced with Skill-Lync are:
• The fee collected from me was ***,*** rupees as loan & *,*** at first to join the course. For the same course same plan, the fee for other students is ***,*** rupees even with laptop. When I enquired the sales person who first contacted me mis leaded with some fake benefits but when I asked him about that he is not responding to me.
• I was given assurance that I will be provided with a course counsellor, but this counsellor only talked to me when it wanted the money and after that it starts ignoring me whenever I needed help.
• I was given assurance that I will be provided with an Industrial expert but didn’t seem to be experts. Final year pass-outs they have no exposure to industries, don’t know about industrial standards.
• The Skill-Lync claims to have content of course as per the industry needs, but in reality, its course content is not up to mark and even it is not closer to **% of the industrial standards being followed.
• The course assignments are not related to any industrial applications.
• They sell only recorded video tutorials which have not been updated since a long period of time. The whole course content is available in public domain, so why should someone pay that huge amount for a thing which can be learned from various free sources
• The Skill-Lync just want your money and nothing, it will not talk to you when you are facing problems with the course content and other related things.
I had taken this course using a Loan EMI of *,***** INR from Eduvanz, in which I paid * EMIs and then I realized that I have been scammed by the company Skill-Lync. Later he informed me that because I am currently residing in a foreign country these are their terms for payment but they haven’t informed me this during the admission time. I was in Thailand because my husband is working there but currently I am in Kerala, India only and all my enquiry calls and bank transactions to them was through India only.
These Skill Lync seems to have some tie up with the Eduvanz team because Skill Lync has given my details to the Eduvanz for Loan procedures. After seeing much unprofessionalism from this company Skill-Lync, I wanted to cancel my course but this company is not responding to me. It’s been a month & I am continuously getting calls from the bank to pay the EMI. They are giving mental pressures to me but Skill Lync is not all responding to any of my issues. I want my money to refund but they told no cancellation policy. This information has never told before or at the time of admission.
