I hope this email finds you well. My name is Nikita Sanket Sawant, and I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my service request for my Mi Television, with service request number ******-******.
I was initially informed that the estimated completion date for my service request was set for July **, ****. However, I have recently received an update stating that the completion date has been further extended to August *, ****. I must emphasize that it has now been one month since I first lodged the service request, and throughout this period, I have not received any satisfying answers or experienced proper service from Onsitego. The continuous extension of the completion date is highly disappointing, and I find it unacceptable that my concerns have not been addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
I have made numerous attempts to communicate with your customer support team, seeking updates and resolution, but the responses have been vague and unhelpful. This lack of transparency and communication has only added to my frustration and inconvenience.
I value the products and services offered by Onsitego, but this experience has left me with a negative impression. As a loyal customer, I believe that I deserve better treatment and prompt resolution to my service issues.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to address my concerns and provide a clear and definitive resolution to my service request. I expect a valid explanation for the prolonged delay and a concrete plan to ensure that my Mi Television is repaired to my satisfaction without further postponements.
I request you to prioritize my case and keep me regularly updated with the progress made towards resolving the issue. Additionally, I urge you to take measures to improve your customer support and service process to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
If this matter is not adequately addressed, I may be compelled to explore alternative means of obtaining a resolution, including seeking assistance from consumer protection authorities.
