I ordered a Car Mate Rubber *D Mat For Maruti Suzuki Alto *** from Flipkart on Feb *, **** whose delivery was expected by *th Feb. The delivery of the product was denied by the logistic partner and he refused to provide service in my area and asked me to collect the product at a location that was upto *kms from my house. After that I was asked by the Flipkart executive to cancel the product and order it fresh and we will ensure timely delivery. I cancelled the same on ** Feb. After that I ordered it again on. **th Feb with order ID OD******************.
The product was supposed to be delivered by ** Feb but hasn't been delivered yet. When I check the status of the product it sometimes shows the product will be delivered today but till date the product is still undelivered. Today I received a call from the wish masters and he also denied me service despite the fact that I was delivered products on the same address which I had bought from Flipkart. It has caused mental agony and torture to me
In this regard I request a stern action against Flipkart.
