नमस्कार सर/मैडम,
मेरा नाम राकेश कुमार अग्रवाल ह ,म बुलंदशहर का रहने वाला हु , मेरे साथ एक इन्शुरन्स कंपनी ने धोका धड़ी की ह , उसके एक ब्रांच मैनेजर ने मुझे झूठ बोलकर मुझे पालिसी बेचीं ह , काफी उसको बोलने के बाद उसने कोई एक्शन नहीं लिया, म खुद परेशां होकर आपके पास अपनी शिकायत दाल रहा हु।
कंपनी का नाम ह - आदित्य बिरला कैपिटल
ब्रांच मैनेजर का नाम - गवेंद्र पल सिंह (बुलंदशहर )
एजेंट का नंबर - **********
वो हमे ऑफिस में मिलने बुलाता ह की बैठ क्र बात करेंगे लेकिन जब ऑफिस जाते ह तो पहले ही वह से भाग चूका होता ह , हम अपना पैसा, टाइम लगाकर जाते ह लेकिन उसे उसकी कोई कदर नहीं ह , म एक मद्य वर्ग परिवार से नाता रखता हु, ज्यादा पढ़ा लिखा हुआ नहीं हु, उसने मुझे बेवक़ूफ़ बनाकर ४ पालिसी बेचीं । ऐसा १० बार से भी ज्यादा हो चूका ह।
सबका पालिसी नंबर म यहाँ मेंशन क्र रहा हु -

किसीमे में २० साल की जगह ३० साल की करदी ह , किसीमे १०० साल बाद पैसे मिलने वाली करदी, आप बताइये की १०० साल बाद उस पालिसी को कोण तो लेगा कोण उसका लाभ उठाएगा, किसीमे उसमे प्रीमियम ही नहीं जमा करने दिया और पालिसी बंद हो गयी ह , बीमा खत्म हो गया ह।
उस एजेंट ने हमारे साथ बहुत धोका धड़ी की ह , म चाहता हु की आप बहुत सख्त एक्शन ले जिससे मुझे न्याय मिल सके।
