- Complain against Samsung Open
I had purchased * samsung ACs on **st March ****
right from the day of installation faced a lot of problem with one machine , already filed a complain against Samsung through Consumer sathi , i had requested for a new machine or life time free warranty , but the said they will take care.
problems from the day of installation *.no cooling so they had to fill in gas twice to get it ready finally landed with cooling , *.then the swing problem it did not work and the swing related motor had gone , total number of times it was serviced for swing problem was * times under warranty period,
*.then filter was damaged in a brand new machine they changed as in warranty, *. then the display problem which happened twice twice , *, then they major problem arrived the main motor and the machine ran out of warranty , they charged me *****/- , that was when i approached the consumer sathi , they helped me out and it was attended to without charging me and when asked for changwe of machine they said not to worry they will take careand it happened August ****. later i was out of station in the month of march and got locked in my native till july , once i returned i found the swing did not work, then tried reaching them , through calls , through mail but no response then mailed to the CEO , result was they had come to check the fact of my complain and left , from then till date no information from them , then decided to go ahead with consumer complain seeking justice.
first TVS and Alpha were the service centres now it has become smile centre.
