I requested Samsung AC support for installation of AC from old house and to reinstall at the new house in Hyderabad and they did installed it but while installation they twisted gas pipe and the pipe broken due to which all the gas went off.
I raised complaint on **st May **** and from then on I made **+ calle requesting them to fix it no one showed up. Every day I call support they say they escalated this to supervisor and I will get a callback which never happened.
