We ordered "Same Day Delivery" service for flower bouquet & greeting card, from MyFlowerapp.com, for my in-law's anniversary, worth INR *,***.**
Before ordering, we gave delivery pincode, on their website, to check if it was deliverable at the given address and it showed they make delivery to the given address. After which we ordered online. The money was transferred through a Payment gateway on their website called PayU.
* Hours later, MyFlowerapp called us to inform that they can't deliver the order as the address is not within their delivery range.
When we asked why then their website showed the address was deliverable, the guy said there was some issue on their website.
We asked them to refund our money back to your account but they said they won't and instead gave us two options that either they put our money in their wallet account or they will send us some printed gift through post.
We told them both the options are not acceptable to us and that they refund our money back to us. However, they said that we only have the two choices which they gave us and disconnected the call.
This is a completely fraud company. Please help.
