Club Mahindra holidays and resorts India - company is not refunding the token amount

Club Mahindra Resorts India Ltd. is running a Scam in which they invite consumers & sell their Timeshare membership.

I was invited on **st Aug **** for their promotion event. The sales team uses unfair trade practices and misleading advertisements to promote the membership and hide many of the clauses like they did not informed about **% hike every year in the annual subscription Fee which is around Rs. **,***+ , they did not tell that the Food & beverages and play area and indoor games are chargeable and not included in the subscription also they did not tell that the membership is huge in volume in comparison to their resorts due to which room booking for holidays is almost impossible and purely based in luck.

The sales team lured me into buying their White Studio membership which is of total cost of rs. *,**,***. they were asking me to pay **% of the total amount upfront and opt for ** months EMI with *% interest and gave lot of offers and privileges in return to force me into choosing this particular payment plan, However due to stroke of my luck I neither had credit card nor required amount with me, so they asked me to just pay rs.***** as token amount and then pay rest as per above payment plan within *th Nov ****.

Later the same day after the payment when I checked reviews of Club Mahindra membership I found the entire internet is full of bad reviews and people are literally cursing this fraud company for looting their money.

I contacted the sales guy the next day to intimate that I am backing out from this deal and asked to refund my **,*** rs. which i paid as a token without any exchange of goods or services.

the sales executive said I will sew how I can make a refund of your amount in that call and stopped communicating and co- operating with me to facilitate my refund.
