Here is my story and I am struggling with this TV unit everyday.
I have purchased Nokia TV as it is a leading technology company and the name Flipkart has in the market.
*st Nokia TV Purchase date- **-**-****.
Order ID- OD****************** - Invoice attached.
Installation done - **-**-****
*st issue occur - after ** days of usage.
*st Replacement new TV unit provided - **-**-****.
Replacement ID: ********************.
Installation done - **-**-****
After this * times defective part (Remote) is replaced by Flipkart (Jeevs-responsible for installation/technician visit and repair).
Sept ** - raised again - received remote exchange
Oct ** - raised again - received remote exchange
Nov * - raised again - remote is in dispatched state
Now again and again it happened and this is the fourth time. I was not able to return the tv unit after *st time issue due to Flipkart, as their replaced tv unit had a time period of only ** days and on **th day it failed again.
Now my concern is, if Nokia remote has the manufacturing defect and it has not been tested before releasing the product in the market. Then how it becomes the customers fault to deal with it. Why should any customer or I should suffer due to the manufacturing issue.
These processes of changing remote always take **-** days and I am completely frustrated with this product. I want to return it to the company as it is a fault on their end.
Flipkart is not ready to accept return for this TV as it failed after ** days of replacement products return policy period. Unable to escalate further on flipkart as they say they are not able to return it as it happened after ** days policy period.
But I have a point if they can return it, then brand- Nokia should return it and Flipkart should force them to do it.
If this product is unable to get returned and a proper service during in a period of warranty then what will happen after * year when it will be under * year complete protection with Jeevs.
I bought this product as the Nokia and Flipkart brand name is involved. If this kind of services I am going to receive then I will stop using both of these brands now onwards.

Here I am attaching Flipkarts standard warranty terms with Nokia support to remind everything again.
