Nokia TV - Delivered faulty product

I have purchased a nokia television from flipkart.the product i received was having so much issues.usb vedios will get stuck between playing, wifi not getting connected sometimes and so on .when i registered complaint in Flipkart on the eleventh day of purchase they agreed to sent a service person and he informed the product is faulty and some electronic parts need to be replaced. My question is that Will a brand like nokia will get complaint within one or two weeks of purchase?..if so are they responsible to replace the product...i was totally upset with the brand and experience from them.
