Manmeet Singh filed complaint against Gomechanic Car Service on Jul 18, 2020
I gave my Honda Amaze CNG car for standard service to Gomechanic on **th June. I have availed pick and drop facility. Their driver dropped the car at my home. When I checked it, I found my dashboard burnt. Secondly, car was not switching to CNG so thought that CNG might be finished so I checked it on petrol. Due to COVID-** and work from home, I avoided taking my car to CNG station for refilling. I was running the car on petrol as running was just *-* kms for buying essential items. On **th July, I took my car to CNG station for refill. I found that my car is not switching back to CNG. The car is still in one month warrant but GoMechanic person is denying from repairing it and told me that they don't deal in CNG cars and any issues related to it.
My point is IF my car was working fine on CNG and any problem crops up after service then they should be responsible for that.
