Club Mahindra Holidays - Club Mahindra membership Scam

I got a call from club mahindra for a free holiday voucher for *nights if I visit them on a particular weekend.
I visited them to collect the voucher. They explained me about their membership and asked me consider it. Initially I rejected the request as it appears expensive.
The agent then convinced me by promising that I can get amazon cash vouchers worth of ***** within ** days of joining and full refund of membership fee **k if i do not like it after experiencing a holiday. I took the membership.
They helped me with holiday booking for * nights after a long struggle of repeated phone calls.
It appeared to be very expensive and the resort was not upto the mark for the amount being charged. I was asked to pay **** as a non refundable deposit which I have no idea why. They asked to utilise the money by having any of their services like outdoor fun activities or food, etc.., this was informed to me and when I called the agent, he said it is default and you have to pay it. When I argued with him over the phone, he disconnected my call as well.
Once I am back from the vacation, I called the agent to cancel the membership, he said he will call me tomorrow and after that he stopped picking my calls. I called their customer care and asked them to cancel the membership and atleast give the money which I paid.
They asked me to send an email to memberexperience@mahindraholidays.com and I did that. I got some phone calls from different employees asking to reconsider the cancellation. They said we can provide the cash vouchers as promised but I said I donot want this as it appears to be a scam to me.
They asked me to share any evidences of the agent committing about the offers, I shared the phone conversations.
After * weeks they said they cannot provide me any refund and I can only transfer the membership to any of my friends. This is such a fraud organisation, even after their investigation and identifying the issues they are not ready to return the money.
I sent emails to their escalation POCs and I did not get any response other than the automated email and messages.
