HDFC credit card - Closed my card but saying outstanding amount due

I have closed my credit card * month ago.
But they didn't close that card. Sometimes they says it is closed but there is outstanding amount.
I have also mention in customer support.
They also confirm that when I closed my card at that time i don't have any outstanding amount.
They are applying charges every month and currently it is approx ***** outstanding amount. It is increasing every month.
