Dear Sir ,
I have been repeatedly trying to connect to HDFC Bank and its Credit Department to Clear my Debt of Credit card Liability . I have been chasing them to convert my Outstanding into EMI , so that it could be east for me to clear the debt . I have been repeatedly chasing them through Customer care Number , Personal banker Number and also through Email. Yesterday i have rcvd notice against one of my credit card ending **** .It is not possible for me clear the debit in single payment . i request you and bank to remove extra charges levied on me and help me clear the be debt in EMI for Both credit card .
Cards Ending with **** & **** . I have raised request many time but never rcvd any reply and response from HDFC bank credit card Team
