Amazon .in - Clearly refuse to provide refund

Hello sir ,
I booked Redmi Note * Pro on ** nov, which was delivered to me on ** nov, whose order id is ***-*******-*******. On ** November, this phone automatic switch off. Resetting it, I went back and after a while the same problem happened again. This problem was there for * - * days. Then on **th of November, I made it a complaint to Amazon Customer Support, so they made me technician-Provided, but even then this problem was not fixed, then I got the technician provided back the other day. Even then it did not go well, so on behalf of your technical team, it was said that you go to the service center of MI. I went there and they gave me a service record of it which I sent to you by mail. Its replacement order id was given ***-*******-*******. But I was not supposed to take it because delivery was late. So your colleague said that if you refuse to take it at the time of delivery, we will refund you as soon as this phone arrives in our warehouse. Now when I refused to take it. and again I request to Amazon customer support for pickup my product. Then my defective product pickup by your pickup boy on * december . There is one month gone of successful pickup .The product is back at Amazon's Fulfillment Center. Please check.
So therefore I request you to please initiate my refund . Hope you deffinetly help me in this concern .
