Lido Learning - Classes are not going

Classes are not joining and the dashboard are showing that you have class but they aren't joining.plus they are giving lot of vacation saying it is mid term for two weeks but it takes a month .and i also send a request to academic mentor to call me back but she didn't i tried few more times catch with lido teacher and they said they also don't know . i am here in lido for about a year first all are going good but know that's all happening so please help me put to get refund back please.
