Sir/ Madam,
This is Nithin Paul here. I had purchased an Apple Watch SE (Model : Apple MKT**HN/A Apple Watch SE GPS + Cellular **mm Space Grey Aluminium Case with Midnight Sport Band) from the Poorvika Store located in Marthandam on the ** July ****. I had insured my watch under OneAssist and the details are as follows.

Model : Apple MKT**HN/A Apple Watch SE GPS + Cellular **mm Space Grey Aluminium Case with Midnight Sport Band.
I had water damage and the battery got swollen on **/**/**** and had to replace the apple watch with a new one. The watch was replaced under the Apple warranty on **/**/****. I have attached the details of replacement to this email ( Service Delivery Challan). The replaced watch had a new serial number and it is:
IMEI No./Serial No. of the replaced watch : HR*J***NQ**G.
Once the replacement was done, Poorvika handed over the new watch and the issue was closed. But, Poorvika nor OneAssist never told me about updating the new serial number in my OneAssist Insurance and it is SOLELY the RESPONSIBILITY OF POORVIKA to update the new replaced serial number to the insurance. Poorvika has not done that nor asked me to do it.
On around **th of January ****, the watch had fallen from a height and had its display broken. I took it to Poorvika to claim with OneAssist and the claim was done around on the **st Jan ****. (Service Request No. ********). The service claim was rejected as proper documents were not provided by Poorvika. (CCR**_DOCUMENTS NOT SUBMITTED BY CUSTOMER on **-Feb-****) . I was following the Poorvika staff almost everyday since it was given but there was no proper response from their side.
After a lot of calls, a new claim was made on **-Feb-****. (Service Request No. ********). This service request was closed because the newly replaced serial number was not updated by Poorvika. (CCR**_IMEI NOT REGISTERED WITH ONEASSIST on Feb **, ****)
I had been making calls and requesting Poorvika for a very long time and I got no solution for this from anyone on their side. It is the responsibility of Poorvika to update the serial number and also to do the replacement of the device now. There is no response and no proper action taken by them.
With this regard, as there is no action or response from the Poorvika side, I am proceeding to LEGAL ACTION regarding this. This is an e-mail to indicate this to you.
