At the time of enrollment for CISA i was given Exam Pass Guarantee by simplilearn sales personnel (Abhilash). I and my brother were enrolled after paying ****$. Now i gave the exam and failed and they are telling that i did not study and i am responsible not simplilearn.
I was even personally given ***% assurance of clearing the exam by sales personnel abhilash attached is the email
My goal was to clear CISA exam either give me exam ticket or give me full refund
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
