Kawasaki India (orange Auto Pvt Ltd)

I have purchased a Kawasaki Vulcan S **** Model (Orange) from Orange Auto behalf of my wife name and I paid full on-road amount as advance (*, **,***/- Six Lakhs twenty nine thousand one hundred fifty nine rupees) to Orange Auto Pvt Ltd on **rd Feb **** via online bank transfer (receipts received).
On **th March ****, Orange Auto Pvt Ltd has been door delivered a new bike with a truck to my home at Kakinada. Based on information from Orange Auto I have purchased an Insurance from United Insurance with the worth of **,***/- (twenty-one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven) to proceed for TR.
The very next day (on **th March-**) I called Orange Auto Pvt Ltd (Visakhapatnam) representative Mr Shivaji and reminded about TR to proceed for permanent registration, then he surprised me that the bike which is delivered to me on **th March-** is not **** year manufactured model, it is **** manufactured.
He mentioned also that mistake was done by Kawasaki / IKM, they supplied the **** model to dealers and the same they delivered to me without checking manufacturer / Plant Paperwork. And he requested three days’ time to sort it out with Kawasaki/IKM and he will get back to me with the replacement of **** Model (time until **th March-**) but he never comes back to me.
I was in the impression that normally reputed companies and dealers never cheated people but they cheated me. I waited one more week for his call and finally, I sent an e-mail on **th March-** to Orange Auto (Visakhapatnam) to sort it out ASAP and I am NRI and I am about to fly back abroad shortly. Then orange auto representative called and mentioned that he needs some more time to deal with Kawasaki / IKM.
I was reminded him that I am an NRI and I cannot stay in India after **st March-**, and I will return bike to Orange Auto facilities in Visakhapatnam, then Mr.Damodhar CEO of Orange Auto called me and informed me that he sent a mail to IKM Mr.Chaman Sharma and waiting for his reply to sort it out. He also requested to wait two more days, and do not return the bike to Orange Auto Showroom in Visakhapatnam. And during the conversation, he promised that he will supply **** manufactured bike or he will get compensation amount to me to use the **** model which is already delivered to me. During the conversation with Mr Damodhar I was re-confirmed I need a replacement of **** manufactured model. After that, they never come back to me.
Again on **rd March-**, I sent a reminder mail to Orange Auto to sort out the mistake which is done by IKM and Orange Auto with New **** Bike ’or’ Seventy Thousand rupees of compensation. They keep on ignoring emails, no calls and no replies.
I hope you people will understand the pain which I got physiologically from this purchase, I paid the full amount to Orange Auto and just they telling it is not their mistake, it was done by Kawasaki plant. it is really annoying me that way these people cheating customers to clear their dead stock.
Please help to get justice for my hard earned money.
