Kawasaki India (orange Auto Pvt Ltd) - SHOWROOM PEOPLE ARE NOT SUPPORTIVE

Dear Team,
I'm writing this after facing too many issues from Orange Motors, Vijayawada from the first day of enquiry to insurance claim date on **-**-**.
First of all Myself Abeeshmon and I took a Kawasaki Z*** from Orange Motors in the month of *st March'**.
Currently my vehicle met with a pothole accident on **-**-** in Vijayawada and I approached showroom for insurance claim and I registered for claim on **-**-**. Except Sales Executive Mr.Ismail, there is no one asked me about the accident or they helped me with any advise. When I'm taking delivery of my vehicle dealer pushed me to take insurance from the showroom and they assured me that dealer will be taken care of insurance claim as it's showroom insurance even after I was not interested in the insurance from Vendor ICICI Lombard. I was ready to take my insurance from outside. Right now I'm getting a bitter experience that, showroom not explained the accident well to the insurance party and they are saying that insurance can't be processed. As my front tyre Rim got bend and the Z*** vehicle have so many features like Traction Control and software features, sales executive asked me to go for Rim replacement.
I came to know that there is no service manager in Orange Motors Vijayawada and Sales Manager Mr. Prasanth is the acting manager and he don't know anything about vehicle repairs and maintenance and the same person hasn't provide enough input to the insurance company and then insurance company is saying that your claim will be rejected even after it's a genuine accident.
This is not the first time I'm facing poor customer service from Orange Motors but from the very first day of my visit to the showroom. I'm mentioning below the bad impressions I faced;
*. When a new customer came, they're not ready to welcome them in a proper manner as their behavioral competency is very poor.
*. They're not ready to speak to the customers in a pleasant manner and I feel they're very lazy to act in anything (may be because of they're salaried)
*. There was a sales manager Mr.Sagar and he is actually not ready to face me when I come to the showroom. Also there was complimentary cake at the time of vehicle delivery to every customers, but they're not ready to give me the same as I asked about unfair handling charge of Rs.*****/- and they reduced it to Rs.*****/-.
*. Even after they're charging handling charges unfairly, they were not ready to share invoice for the same initially. Then I told them that I will go to GST department about this, then only they shared the invoice to me. So they're making black money in the shade of Kawasaki.
*. As I mentioned earlier, they're acting as an insurance agent (B*B) and getting commission from the insurance company, they've to support the customer in genuine cases and treat the customer in a fair way. But here it's not happening.
*. Kawasaki may lost **% of their customer due to this and so many customers have gone to other Brands like BMW, Triumph etc due to this type of dealer behaviors and assistances.
I'm herewith requesting Kawasaki to look into the matter happening in the name of Kawasaki and I hope you will take appropriate action for the same.
