Vastrova - Cheap product delivered

I ordered on Vastrova.com, they delivered a very cheap product. Their customer care asked me to courier their product and they would add the money to the wallet deducting courier charges. I returned the product and ordered a different dress using the wallet money. I got cheated again with a cheap product and the dress does not match the picture shown on their website. The stitching is worst. The material used is very cheap. I am writing emails to their customer support but no response. The dress is damaged as well.
