I have placed an order on the Flipkart worth of Rs. ****. after ** hrs, the price of the product has been decreased. So, I cancelled the order and placed a fresh order. The process of cancellation was like, " When the product was out for delivery, I have informed the delivery executive to cancel the item". He done it. But, at the time of refund, I have been charged Rs. ** as a cancellation fee, which was nowhere showed on the webpage of the order at the time of ordering. When I have contacted the Flipkart, they are saying that, It is showed on the app, but not on the website, which is their fault. This is an ill-treatment with misinformation and fraud towards me by Flipkart.
