I booked the cab on ** August **** at **:** p.m. when I booked, the fare was showing Rs.****.**, which was already very higher than usual charges After the ride was over the price changed to Rs.****.**. Usually the ride from Mumbai international airport to Kharghar is approx. ** kms and it comes anything between Rs ***.** to Rs ***.** max, but due to Driver malpractice or changed in Route, the distance covered resulted in **.* kms and hence the price increased. Customer care & their superior could not helped me out for refund of excess money. They were seem least interested to help the customer. Hence Ola cabs are running the cheating business paralelly.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
