I ordered takeout pizza from Domino's pizza and turns out they have charged whooping Rs.**.** for a very poor quality paper bag. So, there are a few things:
*.) If I am being charged for a bag I would like to be informed beforehand it is added to the bill with the price.
*.) There has recently been a court order as per which companies cannot charge a fee for a bag.
*.) If they are really going to charge me Rs.** for such a poor quality bag, which gets easily torn before reaching home I do not think it is justified. Considering if the customer is being charged they ought to have a good quality product that could be reused.
*.) Most importantly, If I am paying for the bag then how come "Domino's Pizza" is printed on the bag. I want a plain bag, I have the right not to do your free marketing even after paying for a paper bag.
if you want us to do your marketing then provide a free bag or pay me for marketing. I am doing for you through the bag that I paid for.
