I had activated a basic Rs.***/- international roaming package for Morocco. I have been charged incorrectly an amount of Rs.*,***/- for receiving calls on international roaming while in Morocco. I have not received a single call nor i have made any outgoing calls. Also, no messages are sent by me on roaming. Despite this, I have been given Rs.*,***/- bill on **.**.****. There is no response from customer care as well as from the appellate authority for my concern.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
