- Change of plan without my notice and high bill Closed
Vodafone has changed the plan of my three numbers making a double rental, overcharged me, and deactivated all numbers. As per the instructions, I have paid the said amount but, didn't get waive off on numbers as per their commitment and reversal of plan not happened. There is mental harassment from Vodafone and cheating. I never asked to change my plan. I had received a call from Vodafone from their retention department that the plan will be reversed. I had paid the said amount but, never got the resolution. I had requested the PORT out a request but, it was denied by the Vodafone saying that the earlier plan will be reversed. They have asked me not to go to the other operator, it will be resolved. They are chasing for the unnecessary payment for which I am not responsible.
