Medlife.com - cash demanded for a prepaid order

Aparna filed complaint against Medlife.com on Jan 9, 2019

I ordered medicines on *nd Jan ****, delivery was promised on *th Jan. But till now delivery is not given. The courier guy who came refused to handover the package since according it is cash-on-delivery. I spoke to the customer care, filed a complaint * times and also spoke to the floor supervisor on *th Jan. But no action is taken till now. There are no other evidence because the complaint was through voice calls and no complaint number was issued. Attached file
