State Bank Of India - cash debited from account but not dispensed from atm machine

Atm transaction of Rs .*****/- on **-**-****, i tried to withdraw cash from ICICI bank shahapur atm but I didn't get cash from atm but my account is debited. On **-**-**** I raised a complaint no.AT************ but I didn't get my cash back and ICICI bank closed my complaint on **-**-**** stating that the transaction is successful. But ICICI bank didn't provide me any documents related to this transaction again I raised a complaint vide ticket no . AT************ dated **/**/**** , and AT************ dated **/**/**** and every time the ICICI bank declined the same by saying that " transaction was successful and relevant documents sent to your branch but I didn't get any documents from my bank . And last I lodge a complaint on **/**/**** ticket no . AT************ in that complaint mentioned all the previous complaint no and requested for EJ copy and other documents if transaction was successful after * year ICICI bank sent the EJ copy in that also it is showing transaction was successful. ICICI bank simply closed my all the mentioned complaint without providing me any documents and cctv footage now they are saying it is a old case difficult to get the cctv footage now , but i have lodged complaint since next day of that transaction but till now I didn't get the amount. Finally I will file a case in district consumer forum hope I will get my money back.
