i had ordered few items on ** june **** from jabong.com keeping in view the cash back refund i ll get by using sbi debit card and the cash back refund was to be processed from ** september ** however till date i have not received the refund amount despite several reminders to the customer care. Jabong is proving worst e-commerce website.
