Subject : Membership of the country club applied .promises not complied .. Request for return of Money with interest .

Dear Sir:

*. In the Month of October **** or thereabouts a person by Name Mr Abhishek Choudhary having cell no ********** visited my home and represented many schemes and benefits of becoming member of the your club . The benefits and schemes he provided on a handwritten note . One of the benefit was obtaining star rated hotels in all cities at very minimal rate . As I am regular traveller due to my professional duties , I was impressed by the scheme of obtaining very good hotels at very cheap rates . The hotels Mr Abhishek Choudhary mentioned in his presentation were like Hotel TAZ Viventa in Banglaore , Holydayin in Mumbai etc.

*. Mr Abhishek Choudhary further represented that the service of providing hotel at any city except North East is on and I have to give him a call a day or two prior to my visit to the particular city .

*. Impressed by the presentation by Mr. Abhishek Choudhary , I immediately deposited Rs *****=** in your account by using by debit card No **************** and also gave him few PDC of Rs ****=** each .

*. The cheques are being regularly deposited in the bank by country club and the amount is being credited to the account of Country Club and the records of the same are enclosed herewith .

*. It is to be noted that Mr Abhishek Choudhary has promised to issue the card within * to * weeks and start the services promised in his handwritten note within * weeks .

*. Since November **** , we have made Nos of follow up calls to Mr . Abhishek Choudhary but not a single service which was promised by him during is presentation to me at my home has been provided to me or my family by country club.

*. The above facts revels that the authorised person of the country club and hence you have misrepresented and collected money under false promises . This amounts to cheating hence I request you to return my all money collected through Debit card and by way of PDC within ** days of receipt of this letter with applicable interest else I shall be compel to take legal action as per consumer forum act and other laws of land at your costs and risk
