I took membership from country club in **** for * years.
The person selling made several promises but all fake.
I just had one holiday and then COVID ** started. I didnt booked holiday for obvious reasons though I made full payment of yearly amc in advance.I not been contacted by them in these years.Now when the membership time is over and all my holidays are unutilised they are calling me to renew by paying more.
I explained them that I didn't availed paid services for obvious reasons but none is ready to listen. Since they have my money on which I haven't got anything without having services.
Please help me with this
