State Bank Of India - Card has be mischanged Delivered for me

I have be applied for SBI Credit card
( BPCL OCTANE SBI CARD.)
Card appl number :- ************* on

Got verification call from backup team also, there told me for BPCL OCTANE SBI CARD as a year Traffic of **** rs. + GST.
But I got delivered
" NORMAL BPCL SBI CARD "
Now the card statement has generated and I forgot to pay in due date on June *th,there applyed late fee intrest for that,
And it effected my CIBIL SCORE got reduced now with using the card now I paid the bill amount for my card , SBI CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT is not charging my credit card
