I got worst experience with your local service (Vishal Motors) center. My free (so called) second service was done on **/*/**, that time who was that (sense less fellow) technician who I think fill complete can (tin) of grease / oil into all four door handles, from that day every day even after cleaning it comes out. One more thing that on **/*/** your another concern person wheel alignment was absent, & it makes me to come one more time at your service center. Today **/*/**, I had appointment for the wheel alignment & I have raised that grease door problem to clean that, but unfortunately it is not resolved.
We are paying for every thing & if your service center persons are having a casual approach towards customer then why we shall come at service center. There is no complain box.
I want to raise this at higher authority. Hope that you may have your grievance cell to apply.
