Honda Cars India Limited - Car Headlight Issue

I have purchased Honda Amaze last year and completed the final free service in the month of Feb****. Right side headlight started fading inside the doom and for that I have filed a compliant with the Company and the same was forwarded to the dealer who did the final free service. In spite of several remainder and continuous follow up there is no response from the Company and the dealer. Finally I have been informed that my compliant was closed siting the reason that it was due to acid/chemical wash done by the owner. Being a new car there is no necessity for me to do such wash and moreover the fading is inside the doom and not in outer. The reason was orally informed to me and the Company has not responded to my mail. Even though I informed the call center that I will posting this issue in social media and asked for a call back from the respective department of the Company till this moment I have not received any call or response from the Company. With no other option I would like to lodge a compliant against Honda Car Company.
