Iam serving army personal .I have transported my i** car from Gurgaon to panagarh.I have charged Rs ***** including GST of **% and service tax of *,***.
I have received my car in damaged condition which company is not repairing and they have delayed it's delivery and not delivered till door step.They travelled *** km extra while I have personally delivered my car till delivery platform at Gurgaon.
They have charged me Rs **** for my bag kept inside car which was not informed to me prior.Also I was told that GST will be optional but later it was charged to me.
Issue is car was not delivered till door and that too in damaged condition.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
