Just go transport service - damaged delivery full payment and no bill from Just go transport

Dear Sir,

I Ajeet Verma s/o Sh. Suresh Kumar R/O Jharsa Gurgaon wanted to report an issue/concern happened with me recently and file a complaint against Coordinator Miss. Anjali and Owner Mr. Rahul and field team (located at various locations) of Just Go Transport GSTIN-**GZSPS****Q*Z* for cheating and not providing the bill after taking full payment including GST and Insurance.

Details of full incident.
I Ajeet Verma was relocating to Bangalore due to my Job requirement hence i booked my Hyundai Eon Era Car to be transported from Gurgaon to Bangalore through Just Go Transport GSTIN-**GZSPS****Q*Z*
The main coordinator Miss. Anjali (**********) & owner Mr. Rahul (**********) shared an initial quote of INR***** including everything to me hence after reviewing and visit their Gurgaon branch office and meeting their local coordinator Mr. Sahil Chaudhary **********) he also made me to visit the Maruti cargo parking which was their main loading location hence I finalized the deal for INR***** + GST to transport my car, she mentioned in WhatsApp chat (attached) and also confirmed that Insurance is included in this amount hence no extra need to pay at the time of delivery.
Miss. Anjali asked me to contact Mr. Sahil (**********) their local agent in Gurgaon Maruti parking. I met him personally few days back to ensure some authenticity but on the day of vehicle handover he was not present due to some family emergency, and he shared the contact of some Mr. Kuldeep (**********). On **th May **** around *:**PM I went to the Maruti cargo parking area along with my father to handover the vehicle, I handed over my Hyundai Car Eon Era+ HR**DL**** to just go transports Mr. Kuldeep (**********) and captured vehicles all required photographs and video before loading, shared with Mr. Rahul and then car was loaded to the truck(Reg no. RJ**GA****) by the car loading person, the car was loaded to the Truck (Reg no. RJ**GA****) infront of me, and builty/estimate invoice was generated and shared with me through WhatsApp from Mr. Rahul. He told me that i need to pay total Approx. INR***** amounts at the time of delivery including everything. when i asked for complete details/breakup, he said its **K+**% GST (INR*****) and some additional **** rupees for file/paperwork charges to provide an authentic bill (Pakka GST wala bill). I asked him to confirm over WhatsApp chat about the same and he confirm stating that no extra amount need to be paid other than this amount, he also committed that my vehicle would reach Bangalore by **th May ****. I also got assured because it was loaded to the truck Infront of me hence there was no doubt about it.
After reaching to Bangalore i tried tracking my vehicle in transit and it was moving slow on wheel in cargo, as in * days it was just showing to reached Jhansi and was not updating their after. I further coordinated with Mr. Rahul (Said Owner of Just Go transport) to check the actual position of my vehicle. After following up with him for many day's and telling him that i will report to police if my vehicle is not tracked and reached to Bangalore in next few days he managed to locate it after *-* days of followup and my vehicle finally confirmed to be reached at Bangalore by *nd June. At the time of making deal, it was confirmed that amount to be paid at the time of delivery, but he started forcing me that i need to pay the whole amount upfront without having delivery. When i asked him to share the company's account details to pay the amount, he shared some google pay account (**********) where i paid him INR ***** (shared google pay receipt to Mr. Rahul over whatsapp) and said that rest of the amount will be paid once my car will be delivered to my doorstep as per commitment. I tried convincing him many times, but he started scolding on me over WhatsApp voice call (he was always making WhatsApp call so that call is not getting recorded) he threatened me not to deliver my vehicle until I pay him. It forced me ending up paying another INR **** (Google Pay receipt attached) on *nd June ****. He charged me total amount of INR ***** instead of committed **K. I follow-up up with him through various chat and call for delivering vehicle. he shared MR. Amit (Royal Cargo Car Transport) contact ********** from Bangalore to coordinate for delivery. i contacted Mr. Amit, he committed to deliver vehicle by *rd Jun **** morning. Next morning after multiple follow-up with Mr. Amit he finally sent my vehicle to my location with his delivery person (Contact **********) but still bill was not shared with me. I called Mr. Rahul; for asking my bill he is keep telling me will give you in few min, then later in the day and then he said will give tomorrow and finally denied giving saying do whatever you want or go to police anywhere. Police cannot do anything to me, I will manage them if they come to me. I was completely helpless here that in other city no known who can help me to come out of this. After receiving vehicle when i did inspection, i found that front glass was broken and showing a big crack on the top behind the internal rear viewing mirror, some scratch and dent mark on bonnet and front bumper was damaged from right side bottom. I clicked all the picture and shared loading/handover time and delivery time pictures and asked him to compensate it for the damaged as he charged me another extra INR**** rupees towards insurance. he refused to pay for the same and matter went in heated discussion and become very much worse. I made a complaint to Bangalore police by dialing *** number. Police arrived at site, tried talking with Rahul and Amit to compensate my damage. After multiple call with owner and delivery coordinator police got fed-up and took the delivery person and me with them to police station. Then Mr. Rahul, Mr. Amit and Mr. Mukesh (**********) started following up with me requesting not to register the case and committed to sort out the compensation and bill part. Mr. Mukesh (also from Just go transport) coordinated with Mr. Rahul and managed to pay INR **** as the broken glass compensation initial amount and said the remaining amount will be paid later along with extra INR**** took by Mr. Rahul towards vehicle insurance. Mr. Mukesh give me full assurance saying that i can coordinate with him for this commitment, I told he that once your person will be released you will not pickup my phone and things will not get settled. He still assured me that no there will not be any issue, but first get the person released from police. I settled the case in police station and made his person released, once I got INR **** in my google pay account towards the car damage. But once i make his delivery person released from police, he is not accepting my call from next day and Mr. Rahul is writing on WhatsApp that he will not provide the bill until i return him INR**** which he paid to me towards the glass repair. Since then, i am making regular call and WhatsApp msg but these guys are not responding. When I said I will go to the police reporting this issue and they will be after you, he said no police can make any damage to me, once they will come to me I will manage them.
I request the police to take the matter on urgency and investigate, punish these cheaters, and help me to get bill and my extra paid money to be refunded back from them. These team of Mr. Rahul, Miss Anjali, Mr. Sahil, Mr. Amit Mr. Mukesh originally belongs to Hisar District
