Kia Automotive - Car damage done at service center less than one year vehicle

Service center agent did pick up for vehicle service and did the damage in service center by service team.it is kind of damage driver side.they said they replace the damaged parts.but this is new car with less than a year and if parts replaced it will cone under accident and the xar resale value go done .so my ask would be take the car and replace with new one.they aren't aggre to do this.damage s dine at service center.they are responsible for replace too
