Sir we recived a loan of * wheeler.at the time loan apporval said to me u all emi pays on time .u get * emi discount on ** month install ment.after * yrs company get me offer of loan ******/- and said u pay ** emi on time u get extra loan and reduce interest rate.now i m fulfill paid my * wheeler loan did not get my discount and not gave also my noc.and now i m paid ** emi of my personal loan not get reduce interest rate or not gave any extra loan .many times i m sended complaint to company but not gave any response.plz get advice what can i do.
