Capital First - Wrong loan charges taken

This is to inform you that I am paying my emi constantly of Rs. **** without any failure in last * months. I requested for the services, but they gave us a repayment schedule which mentions that loan interest is **% (**% *st year,**% *nd and *rd year) which is totally wrong. Before requesting my loan with capital first, they clearly informed us that interest will **% and no force closure charges after * emi. Even I have my acknowledgement of loan where not mentioned that interest will be **% and force closure charges.
